John Vogt served as President and General Manager of Seven Locks Broadcasting Company, Inc. T/A WCTN RADIO and wctn.net where he hosted the Morning Show in the Nation’s Capital for 25 years. John has hosted over 8,000 broadcasts and conducted thousands of interviews. John has interviewed Congressmen, Senators, and Presidential Candidates as well as Authors, National Sports Figures and Recording Artists. John was responsible for writing and producing thousands of features while in the Nation’s Capital including “Touchdown” with Coach Joe Gibbs of the Washington Redskins and “It’s About Time” with Christian Author and Counselor Ken Smith.
John launched “John Vogt Productions, LLC” in November of 2007. Studios and offices are located in beautiful Wellsboro, PA - home of the famous Pennsylvania Grand Canyon. Wellsboro is a wonderful place to visit when you want to get out of the rat-race, relax a little, get the creative juices flowing and then get some real work done in JVP’s creative offices or studios. Music, broadcast production, new media projects, web site design, audio and video production can all be worked on here in peace and quiet. The spectacular Pennsylvania Grand Canyon environment seems to bring out the very best in people. I have so much to be thankful for. The Lord has been very good to me. He has not only given His life for me He has blessed me with an incredible wife and the BEST son and daughter that any dad could have... with another little one to be home soon. We now live in one of the most beautiful areas on this earth, Wellsboro, PA., home of the Pennsylvania Grand Canyon. Why God has allowed me to be blessed with so much is beyond my comprehension. I do not deserve it. There are many others who are far more deserving.
One of the ways we can thank God for the good things He has done for us is to live for Him. We take the gifts and talents that He has given to us and we tie a bow around them by the way we live and then we give them back to the Lord for His glory. This is my hearts desire in spite of my faults. And so, my commitment is this... whatever project that I work on for you I will work at it with all my heart as working for the Lord. In doing this you will be blessed and He will be glorified.
